Volunteers
Overview
Be a force of nature in a young girl’s life. Join the Atabey Outdoors team as a volunteer!
Bring your passion for the outdoors, supporting BIPOC communities, or your specific skillset to Atabey.
Our number one priority is ensuring Black, Indigenous, and Members of Color feel safe, protected, and supported. We believe Representation matters and that Atabey members will positively benefit from secure relationships with mentors who look like them. Therefore, we prioritize BIPOC women and non-binary volunteers for our mentor positions.

Consistency in leadership
Successful execution of long-term planning
One season is about 3-4 months and we have plenty of adventures to choose from! We understand life happens and will work with you to create a schedule that works for you and the organization.
