13-17 year old Black, Indigenous and Girls* of color interested in learning life and outdoor skills.

Outdoor Leadership Program where Junior Mentors learn teambuilding, leadership, mentoring and outdoor skills.

Jr. Outdoor Mentors are required to attend an orientation as well as an outdoor adventure One (1) Sunday a month. *They are also welcome to attend any other Atabey adventures they choose.

When:

* Anyone who identifies as Girl or Non-Binary. Our Priority is to serve the BIPOC community, however, Allies are welcome as long as they can demonstrate a commitment to our Mission & Vision.

At the end of the season all Jr. Outdoor Mentors will receive a certificate of completion.
